That’s why we have the loyalty of our customers, many of whom have been with us for many years. Our Responsible Rental Policy is our commitment to you.
- Applications are assessed on your current situation and your ability to pay.
- Flexible rental periods are available – 12, 18 and 24 months.
- Weekly or fortnightly payment amounts are clearly laid out at the onset of the rental agreement.
- We conduct a credit check and application suitability review so we can ensure we don’t over-commit you.
- If your income or personal circumstances change during the rental period, we have a number of options that can be offered to support your change in lifestyle.
- We will never knowingly make you commit to payments you can’t afford … that’s not in our interest or yours.
- We are compliant with all credit legislation.
- Home Entertainment Express is a foundation member of CHERPA – the Consumer Household Equipment Rental Providers Association.
